Reviewing the area statistics again on Redfin, the average home in Lawton Park specifically is being listed at $800K and is being purchased at an average of 106% of that! The more I consider the numbers, the more convinced I am that this could end up being a very smart decision in the long haul!

Thanks to Jodi Stull's expertise, advice, and tenacity our Sammamish, WA house sold relatively quickly. The house was put on the market mid-January on a Friday and we had 2 offers by Tuesday the following week one of which we accepted.
Jodi provided guidance on preparing the home for sale, staging; competitive pricing for the neighborhood, and craftsmen who could help with minor repairs after living in the home for 14 years. For staging, Jodi brought in a professional person to work with me on how best to show the house. For pricing she prepared 6 comparable listings that allowed me to select a price that would protect my equity but sell the house quickly.
